Next Generation Departments

Technical

Mixed team of talented engineers and technicians with extensive experience in telecommunication fields responsible for installation, maintenance, operation of hardware and software. Technical department is also involved in the process of acquiring new business opportunities.
Our Technical Engineers have the below:
Master Science in Engineer fields.
Cisco Certified.
DB – SQL Certification.
Training Certificates from different vendors (Huawei – NEC).
10 years of experience in telecommunication field.

I.T

Responsible for the local IT operation of Next Generations office that includes help desk, networking & maintenance of PC and servers.

Maintenance

The maintenance department is responsible for making sure that all machines are running properly, such that the POS can perform its function efficiently. The department makes periodic fixes and upgrades to all POS’s and equipment.

We have 3 expert – well trained engineer with an excellent background and certificate as shown below:

Maintenance Certificate from Cyber Net Company.
B.Sc. in Engineer fields.
MTA: Microsoft Technology Associate and MCSA: Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate.

Their work typically involves:

Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
Diagnosing faults.
Repairing equipment.
Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
Creating maintenance procedures.
Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.

Customer Support

that includes following sub departments: Customer care, Account managers & Field teams.

Customer care: responsible for receiving customer
inquiries and requests from POS owners, Sub
Dealers & Main Dealers, categorizing them and
forwarding them to either Account managers or back office accordingly.

Account Managers: each account manager is responsible for a Main dealer’s account and its whole network of sub dealers & POSs, in which he follows up each terminal’s activities, sales and problems and communicates these issues to technical dept., back office or field teams as required.

Field teams: responsible for site survey of POSs to make sure that they comply with our customer’s business of rules and also to give training and on-site support if required.

Logistics & Warehouse

responsible for procurement, logistics and warehousing associated with paper rolls, POS terminals and spare parts.

Back Office

In charge of preparing new terminals for field deployment after checking the required credentials, also keeping track of each terminal’s location, in addition to receive, validate and runs daily operation upon requests coming from Customer care.

Security

responsible for maintaining security in main office and warehouse.

Finance

responsible for all financial related issues of the company.
